How long does it take for me to receive my order ?

Depending on the product, the waiting time for the execution of the order varies.
– In the case of hard furniture (coffee tables, wardrobes), the waiting time is up to 6 weeks.
– For corners and sofas, the waiting time is up to 12 weeks.

Unfortunately, we have no control over the inventory of factories or the control of transport companies, so delivery times may be longer.

How do I track the status of my order ?

How can I track the status of my order?

The status of the order is determined at the time of placing the order, and thus:
– selecting “Pay Deposit” sets the status of the order to “Partially paid”. At this point, you will receive an invoice by e-mail for the amount of the payment, and the rest will be paid on delivery.
– selecting the “Pay full amount” option will set the order status to “Processing”. At this point, you will receive an invoice by email for the full amount.
– On delivery, after successful deliveryassembly, we mark the order as “Completed” and you will receive the final invoice for the total amount at that time.

Will you keep my credit card information on file ?

For security reasons, your credit card details are not saved by us. However, they are processed by the bank with which we cooperate, and we receive only the final payment related to a specific order.

Do you charge sales tax ?

The price of the product includes the required VAT.

Do you ship to my country ?

We currently only support the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.

Will my items come in one package ?

The product comes in flat boxes/parts for self-assembly. We offer the customer on-site assembly for an additional fee, which is available when placing the order. This option is available only when placing an order, and it is not possible to add it at a later date.
